To prepare the licence correctly and issue the right invoice, please include the information below in your order. Keep the details explicit (avoid “suggestions in brackets”).
Required information
- End customer organization: official name and billing details
- Main admin contact: name + email (person responsible for setup and access)
- Licence specification: number of accounts, duration, and country/region
- Notes for onboarding: preferred start date and any constraints
