There are more than 1,500 interactive models in 10 categories, ranging from biology to chemistry and even culture. Quality content and accuracy are guaranteed by our expert partners at the top global universities, e.g. Charles University, Stanford University, etc. Explore the full content.

Who is this application intended for?

Corinth is designed for teachers and students at the elementary and high school level (K-12), more specifically for grades 5–9. However, the content is suitable for anyone with a curious mindset and an appreciation for new perspectives. Learn more about the impact Corinth has on schools, teachers and learners.

What languages are supported?

Currently, it’s available in English, Czech, Polish, Slovak, Hungarian and Russian. We’re constantly working on adding more. If you got a question about other languages, contact us.

What are the system requirements for the application?

The minimum system requirements for Corinth are:

  •  MS Windows 10, version 1803 +, 64-bit.
  •  64 GB Hard Drive (After downloading all the 1,500 models, the app takes up approximately 12 GB).
  •  4 GB RAM.
  •  A graphics card with DirectX 11, feature level 10 support (GeForce 8. series and higher, Radeon HD2000 and higher, Intel CPU 4xxx and higher integrated graphics cards).
  • A keyboard and mouse (when using a desktop PC).
  • A touchpad and integrated keyboard (when using a laptop).

Touchscreen devices are recommended for higher quality user experience.
If you use the 32-bit version of Windows 10, you can use the previous version of our application. However, it is no longer fully supported and updated. Learn more about the user support of the Corinth application.

What hardware devices does the application run on? Will a regular device at a typical school be sufficient?

The application was designed to run on most common school devices. The majority of desktop PC’s, laptops, interactive whiteboards, tablets, etc. should be able to run the application, as long as they have the Windows 10 operating system.

We recommend using a touch screen device, however, it is fully optional. You can use the application on a standard laptop or a desktop PC just as easily.

For more information see the system requirements section.

Is it possible to run the application in the older versions of Windows such as Win XP or Win 7?

The Corinth application is only available for Windows 10 operating system. Corinth 3D, the latest, fully supported and updated version, is only available for 64-bit version of Windows 10.

Learn more about the specific system requirements.

What Corinth versions do you currently support?

The only fully supported version of the application is Corinth 3D for the 64-bit version of Windows 10. The previous version of the application for the 32-bit version of Windows 10 is supported only partially and is no longer updated with new models or bug fixes. Therefore, we highly recommend using the Corinth 3D version to guarantee the full functionality of the application.

Does the application run offline?

Yes, the application and all of its features can be used without internet connection. However, the application content needs to be downloaded to your device first. It takes approximately an hour for the content to download, depending on the speed of your internet connection. See below for other cases where internet connection is needed. If you’d like to use our 3D content online, contact us.

When does the application and/or your device need access to the internet?

Even though using the application doesn’t require an internet connection, there are a few cases when it is needed. For example:

  • Installation and/or downloading the application. See the Installation section to learn more.

  • Downloading 3D models so you can access them offline.
  • Installing MS Office add-ins. Important: the Corinth application installation is separated from MS Office integration Add-ins installation. See the MS Office Add-ins installation guide.

The application reports a problem with the microphone. What should I do?

Please change the microphone quality in sound settings to CD (44100 Hz) or DVD (48000 Hz). In case there is not such an option, your microphone is unfortunately technically insufficient.

Installation and getting started

How can I download and install Corinth?

There are multiple ways how you can install Corinth, based on your school’s needs and preferences:

  1. If you’d like to install the application for just one user account of a single device, installation from Microsoft Store is the easiest way to do so.
  2. If you’d like to install the application for multiple accounts of a single device, our step by step installation manual will quickly guide you through the whole process.
  3. If you’d like to install the application on a larger number of devices and for multiple user accounts, discover all about the mass deployment solution adjustable to your specific needs. This solution is recommended for schools with a dedicated ICT person with ICT skills.

Our application also allows mass deployment from Microsoft Store for Education / Business. However, a specific system and Store settings need to be used by your school and so we cannot assist in this process by our customer support.

To find out more about each option, see the Installation section.

If you use the 32-bit version of Windows 10, you can use the previous version of our application. However, it is no longer fully supported and updated.

How can I run the mass deployment of Corinth to various devices?

See the third option of our the Installation section –  Mass deployment.

Our application also allows mass deployment from Microsoft Store for Education / Business. However, a specific system and Store settings need to be used by your school and so we cannot assist in this process by our customer support.

How to enable the sharing of the application data between different user accounts on a single device?

The application data can be accessed from different accounts of a single device. The easiest way to do so is described in our step by step installation guide. If you’d like to install the app on multiple devices as well as accounts, dive deep into our advanced mass deployment solution, allowing you adjustments to your specific needs.

Why cannot I simply use an .exe file for mass deployment of Corinth to various devices and accounts?

The main reason is safety. Data security is our priority and main concern. Using .exe files for mass deployment within a school environment could likely present a data safety hazard.

Corinth is a UWP (Universal Windows Platform) application. Unlike standard desktop applications (run through .exe files), UWP applications operate with a strictly defined range of access to system locations while the data of each user stay separated. Such an application can not access and further process data without the user having full control, as can occur with desktop applications. As a result, explicit permission of some potentially dangerous features, performed implicitly by desktop applications, is necessary. Furthermore, our solution offers a wide range of customization options, allowing for the mass deployment to be conducted based on specific preferences and software/hardware setup of a given school subject. Such possibilities could simply not be achieved with an .exe file.

How long does it take to install?

The installation will take approx. 10 minutes, depending on the speed of your internet connection.  It may vary according to the type of installation you choose. See the Installation section.

How much space does the app take up?

After the installation, the app gradually downloads the whole content (more than 1,500 models) which takes up approximately 12 GB.

Do I need advanced computer skills to install the app?

You need only basic skills to install the app through Microsoft Store.

However, the mass deployment to various devices or user accounts requires advanced ICT skills and we highly recommend contacting your school’s ICT admin to run the installation.

What shall I do if I have previously purchased and activated Corinth in my school and want to use the new version?

Your license remains valid and can be reapplied. However, a new installation will be required. Simple update wouldn’t be enough because Corinth 3D, the new app version, runs on a completely new architecture, allowing such features as mass deployment and much more.

How can I get the latest version of the Corinth application?

Check out our the Installation section to find out more about all the available options. Only make sure you have the 64-bit version of Windows 10. Any previously purchased license keys remain valid and can be reapplied.

What is the difference between installing from Microsoft Store and the mass deployment server solution?

Installing the application from Microsoft Store only allows you to access the application on one user account of a single device.

Mass Deployment server solution allows you:

  • Mass deployment to various devices.
  • Mass deployment to various accounts.
  • Sharing application data across various accounts.
  • Mass license activation of multiple accounts/devices.

Why are there two versions of the Corinth application in Microsoft Store? What’s the difference?

A new version of the application had to be released to meet the new functionality requirements. All existing features and content shall remain available for each existing user. However, updates will only be available for the new version of the application – Corinth 3D, supporting the latest, 64-bit version of Windows 10.

If you use the 32-bit version of Windows 10, you can use the previous version of our application.

Learn more about how you can upgrade your system.

Please note that the Microsoft Store version and the mass deployment version are perceived as completely different applications by the operating system. Therefore, it is not possible to share data between the two versions.

What are the benefits of the new version of the application – Corinth 3D?

Windows 10 globally updated to the 64-bit version and we are keeping up with the latest technology standards. The technological progress made the upgrade of the Corinth application necessary.

The new application brings many benefits. For example:

  • Mass deployment option for a larger amount of devices.
  • Mass licence activation for a larger amount of devices.
  • Corinth 3D can now be accessed from all system user accounts on a given device (data sharing).

  • Content updates – new 3D models and other types of content will be added continuously.
  • Product updates – new features will be added continuously.
  • Integration with MS Office 365 and 2019.

What are the other reasons our school should upgrade the system to the 64-bit Windows 10?

  • The upgrade from the 32-bit to 64-bit version is free (If your hardware supports the 64-bit version)
  • Updated, better performing system
  • Safer data/user protection environment
  • Faster performance – enhanced memory management, etc.
